Run the program to create a bootable floppy and boot your machine from it. Thing is that my OS is on this drive, and using your tool it says I must disconnect this from computer. A simple BIOS update should fix it. After restart the first action is to new install the drive.

One side note: The tool requires that the drive you're resetting be on its own IDE channel. In my case I was using a dual drive system with both drives on the primary channel, so I had to move the drive in question to be Master on the your tool brought it back to life. I can't understand how putting the jumper on cable select would affect the detection of a drive. I was then able to run Cap Restore and brought me to the right size. I'd still be working on it for weeks probly.

However, once it gets to the point when it should start copying files, I get an error: SU99407 AddReg="processing error" It then shuts down...

As is these other cases, none of my four antivirus/malware/spyware programs are detecting it. Is there some safe way to get the whole 320gb. Although the BIOS screen "screamed" it was 10248 megs (which I knew was NOT true).
