I've gone wacky with Windows, so I'm going back to Mac! Jeff Thank you very much for this. Windows 8.1 Keeps Shutting Down windows 8.1 asus N550JV.. But if the problem is being unable to upgrade to Windows 10 at all, well, a clean installation is moot. Reboot the Windows 8.1 or the Windows 10 operating system.
