Basically, if you alter/create/delete files or folders in Explorer windows, the window does not refresh to show the update. It is not that Microsoft doesn't care it is they don't have the know how to fix it. I have noticed the WindowsExplorer refresh problem since Windows 7, but only recently (now on Windows 8) I wrote the above program, which in my opinion shows that the problem is Windows 7 Folder Refresh Fix I'm absolutely flabbergasted that Windows would allow such a careless mistake to continue unaddressed; this quirk has irritated me for as long as I've been using Windows 7.
