Double click it, change the value data to read "explorer.exe" (without the quotes) and click ok. But Can Some1 Tell Me What Made This Happen???? Figured if I was already to the point of giving up and just reformatting and reinstalling Windows XP, would do something harebrained.

If explorer.exe is already there end the process and restart explorer.
