Every little bit helps. Now your windows will be able to boot up by itself.. then click finish when its done and reboot. That clears it up doesn't it!
I still need the content of the originl disk though to be honest. During that process we encountered a situation where the computer would reboot, and continue to try to reboot itself. I know it sounds goofy but I have done it on more than one occasion with positive results...if the issue is a boot problem.
