The device manager doens not show any conflicts (at least in win 98). Boot from a windows 2000 cd, choose the repair option and then select the option to use rescue disks. After completeing setup, and trying to boot into the win 2k, the computer shuts down and reboots over-and-over, until I select the Win 98 OS which boots fine.
