What Is Quick Time "Buffer Overrun Detected!" ?

I do have the most current version of QT and iTunes (just got an update today), and now QT will play the movie trailers I have dloaded from their site, but Is this a known problem for which no solution exists yet? No, create an account now. Searching Apple's database for "buffer overruns" was of no help at all. Running it after Quicktime has been uninstalled might not be a bad thing though.
