What Is PfModNT & Slow Bootup "Verifying DMI Data Pool"?

It POST just fine with the one beep which tells me the POST was ok but just freezes at the "verifying DMI pool data". I recently built my own PC. My PC recently booted up with the error message "CMOS Checksum Error - Defaults Loaded". But when I go to boot it (by changing First Boot Device in BIOS to Removable), it just gets stuck at "Verifying DMI Pool Data...".
