The double-quote (“) and ampersand (@) keys are also swapped. It is totally random and there seems to be no pattern to it at all - they simply will work, and the stop, and then work again (as you can see, thank jesussss. I got a message that it was corrupt. If this is a quite recent development, the fist thing to try is System Restore - choosing a date prior to the malfunction. But if you have already tried those things, well, if the laptop is new enough (1 year) you can contact ASUS's support. Like, my laptop seems to have "seasons" during which I suddenly have to prop books beneath it (when working in certain scenarios) in order to keep the fan from running high.Not Yours was the best- going to contol settings and trying to change regional and languge setting or accessability settings did not work but yours did! weblink Since your trouble affects every keyboard you try, and every port, my first suspect would be to look at software: make sure the language is set to English, remove any "mapping"

With Johanna, if I try and use Q to slow someone right after pulling them in with W I'd say it works about half the time.
help ! My solution was to disable touchpad and other software that interacts with it. Just spit balling for things people could trouble shoot with. really cant thank you enough. I haven't actually found a definite solution for this problem, but you perhaps came from playing a lot of MMO's right? The way I can tell which mode my keyboard is in is the "=" in American it's an equal sign, and in European it's "Ã¬". you have to hold down both shift keys for a while and then check to see if its fixed.
