First open Command Prompt as Administrator using the steps given here. Just go through these steps again, except uncheck the option of Windows Media Player in the toolbars pop-up. And yes, I ran the command as administrator for both WMP12 locations - commands ran successfully. Windows Media Player Skins it HAS to be minimized (not restored, not maximized, etc).
