Windows logo loading screen failed to progress.A hard turn off and restart brought me to the Windows Repair utility and that offered me a System Restore which I accepted. This is not a big problem but an anonyance. Before the driver update, this property had the value CM_DEVCAP_REMOVABLE and after the update it had the value CM_DEVCAP_SURPRISEREMOVALOK.
