As about beeps, I don't hear a beep at all. and the fan on the graphics card runs so wouldn't that mean that it works? I even swapped the motherboard from Foxconn to Asus as a last resort but that had no effect either. I was using a Gigabyte nVidia GT430 DDR3 2GB graphcis card for 2 years on my PC without any issues.
